
1. Of course , I'd like to eat slow food because it contains useful things for the body.
2. First, it helps stomach to digest the eating easily because the stomach usually needs to get natural materials that active the digestion well.
3. Second, the way of cooking slow food keeps to benefit all useful materials, but the way of cooking fast food loses a lot of useful materials.
4. Third, It is healthy ,and decreases health problems . Also, some people would like to eat it so they have fitness ,and they keep to get good health.
5. Forth, some people who have some illnesses such as diabetes, high cholesterol ,and hypertension need to eat slow food.
6. Fifth, An important point is I can buy slow food from some shops that are near from my apartment.
7. Also, it should choose slow food to get the activity and vitality.
8. Actually, There are negative points of fast food, for example way of eating and high Calories that cause a lot of the illnesses such as diabetes, high cholesterol and obesity.
9. I'll help my children to eat slow food. After a while I think they will be used to eating slow food easily.
