1. If I become the president of MSU, I'll build a building for ESL students.
2. That is because ESL students use some classrooms.
3. So finish the class, we'll go other building's classroom or other room.
4. I think it is so inconvenience.
5. So I'll build a ESL building.
6. And then I'll make a large parking lot near the buildings.
7. Some buildings don't have parking lot or some buildings have small parking lot.
8. So it is inconvenience, too.
9. Besides I'll be free of a parking charge for students.

8. So it is INCONVENIENT, too.
9. Besides I'll MAKE THE PARKING BY STUDENTS free of CHARGE.
