1. If I become the president of MSU, I'll have the decision and responsibility.
2. I'll consult with members of the council in MSU to make all my decisions well.
3. I'll give rewards to all outstanding students in departments of the university.
4. I'll order creating programs that show to me what the negative aspects of university are, and ways to solve them.
5. I'll arise many programs to new students that will be used to life university such as safety program at the university and damages of smoking program.
6. I'll set up research chairs that are supported from companies, and university designates these chairs that are supported companies names.
7. I'll create the Council of the University by students from each departments to help to express their opinions, and give me advices in some decisions' university.
8. I'll invite the scientists who obtained the Nobel Prizes to the University to teach some courses at the university.
9. I'll visit colleges and research centers at the university to find solutions of their problems.
10.I'll set up collaborative program between the university and research centers in the world.
